Small business website design that works as hard as you do.
Four services. One goal: a website that turns visitors into enquiries — and makes sure those enquiries never go unanswered.
New Website Design
If you don't have a website, have one you're embarrassed to send people to, or one that looks like it was built when iPhones were new — this is where we start. We design and build websites for small businesses from the ground up, with one aim: to make your business look exactly as good as it is, and to turn visitors into enquiries.
Every site we build is conversion-focused by design. That means the right structure, the right calls to action in the right places, and copy that speaks to what your customers actually need to hear before they get in touch. No generic templates. No disappearing after the invoice.
And because the design is only half the job, every site includes automated enquiry handling from day one. The moment someone fills in your contact form — whether it's a Tuesday morning or a Saturday afternoon when you're on a job — they get a response. You get a notification. The lead is captured. Nothing slips through.
What's included:
- Conversion-focused design, built around your customers' decision journey
- Mobile-first build, optimised for speed — Lighthouse 90+ on every site
- Automated enquiry handling: instant confirmation to the visitor, notification to you, lead logged
- 7-day automated follow-up sequence so warm leads don't go cold
- SEO foundations built in: page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, XML sitemap
- Google Analytics and Search Console connected and configured
- 2 rounds of revisions before launch
- Launch on your domain — handled start to finish
- Post-launch walkthrough so you know how to use your site
Who this is for:
A new website is right for you if your current site is non-existent, outdated, or was built as a one-off with no thought for what it needs to do commercially. If the words "I should really sort the website" have been on your mental list for more than six months, this is the service.
Lead Generation & Automated Follow-Up
Most business websites inform. A lead generation website converts. The difference isn't always how the site looks — it's how it's built, what it asks visitors to do, and what happens the moment they do it.
This is Loxvik's core differentiator, and it's built into every website we make. But if your current site is already live and you want to add the follow-up system, or if generating enquiries is the primary brief for your new site, this is the service to start with.
Here's the problem most businesses don't know they have: a lead comes in at 2pm on a Tuesday. You're with a client, in a meeting, or out on a job. By the time you see the message at 7pm, that person has already called two of your competitors. One of them responded within ten minutes.
Loxvik's automated enquiry handling closes that gap. The moment someone submits a form on your site, they receive an immediate acknowledgement — professionally worded, in your name. Over the following seven days, a gentle follow-up sequence keeps the conversation warm. You're notified in real time. The lead is logged in your CRM. You can respond when you're ready, not at the expense of the work you're already doing.
What's included:
- Conversion architecture: every page designed around a specific next action for the visitor
- Optimised contact forms: short, clear, with realistic response-time expectations
- Automated immediate acknowledgement to every new enquiry — within seconds of submission
- 7-day automated follow-up sequence, written in plain language that sounds like you
- CRM integration: every enquiry logged and tagged automatically
- Auto-booking link for hot leads — they can schedule a call without any back-and-forth
- Enquiry notification to your phone or email within 60 seconds of submission
- Monthly automation health check included in management plans
Who this is for:
If your website currently receives enquiries but you know your follow-up is inconsistent — or if you're building a new site and "getting more leads" is the entire point — this is the service. It's also right for you if a prospect has ever told you they tried to get in touch but didn't hear back quickly enough.
Website Redesign
If you have a website that looks reasonable but generates almost no work, the problem probably isn't the design. It's the structure, the conversion journey, and the absence of any automated system for handling enquiries that do come in.
We redesign websites for businesses who know something is wrong with their current site but haven't yet pulled the trigger — often because the cost feels uncertain, or because they've been burned before by a redesign that didn't change anything that mattered.
A Loxvik redesign starts with a review of what your existing site is actually doing. Before we design a single new page, we look at where visitors are landing, where they're leaving, and whether there's any conversion path worth preserving. Sometimes a redesign is the right answer. Sometimes smaller, surgical changes deliver the same result for less investment. We'll tell you honestly which one it is.
If a full redesign is the right call, the new site is built from the commercial outcome backwards: what does a visitor need to see, believe, and feel before they'll get in touch? That question drives every layout decision. And as with every Loxvik site, automated enquiry handling is included from day one — because a better-looking website that still responds to leads twelve hours later is only half the solution.
What's included:
- Conversion audit of your existing site before design begins
- Honest assessment: redesign vs targeted fixes — we'll recommend the right path
- New conversion-focused design built around your customers' journey
- All content from your existing site reviewed, retained where strong, improved where needed
- Existing URL structure and SEO rankings preserved where possible
- Mobile-first, fast-loading build — your new site will score higher on every performance metric
- Automated enquiry handling set up from day one
- Google Analytics data carried over, goals reconfigured for the new site
- 2 rounds of revisions before launch
Who this is for:
A redesign is right for you if you have an existing website — one that looks reasonable but isn't generating enquiries — and you want a fresh start that's actually built to perform. It's also right if your site is technically fine but was never designed with conversion in mind, or if your existing developer is unavailable and you need someone to take ownership of your site going forward.
Website Management
A website isn't a one-time project. It's a business asset that needs to be maintained, monitored, and kept working. Left unmanaged, sites slow down, security vulnerabilities open up, plugins go out of date, and the automated systems that were generating leads quietly stop working.
Loxvik's monthly management plan keeps everything running without you having to think about it. Updates, security monitoring, content changes, performance checks, and automation health — all handled. You get a monthly report that tells you what happened, what changed, and how the site is performing. No jargon, no login details to chase, no invoice every time a sentence needs changing.
If you've ever had a developer who went quiet after the launch, you'll understand the value of having someone accountable for your site on a named, ongoing basis. That's what this is.
What's included:
- CMS and plugin updates, applied and tested monthly
- Security monitoring and uptime alerts — issues flagged and fixed before they cause damage
- Performance checks: page speed and Core Web Vitals reviewed monthly
- Content changes: update your services, prices, team, or copy — included in your monthly allowance
- Automation monitoring: follow-up sequences, form integrations, and CRM sync checked monthly
- Monthly reporting: traffic, enquiry volume, top pages, actions taken — in plain English
- Priority response for anything that breaks — not a ticket that disappears into a queue
Who this is for:
Management is right for any business that wants their website to keep performing after launch without dedicating time to it themselves. It's included in the Managed package. It's also available as a standalone service if you have an existing website — whether we built it or not.
If you run a service business that lives or dies on its reputation, we're probably a good fit.
Most of our clients are sole traders or small teams — people who are genuinely good at what they do but whose website either doesn't exist, doesn't reflect how good they are, or doesn't generate any of the work they need it to. We work with:
Tradespeople & contractors
Builders, electricians, plumbers, plasterers, painters and decorators, landscapers, roofers, kitchen fitters, pest control, mobile mechanics
Professional services
Mortgage brokers, financial advisers, accountants, solicitors, HR consultants, business coaches, recruiters
Health & wellness
Physiotherapists, nutritionists, therapists and counsellors, personal trainers, osteopaths, chiropractors
Local & independent services
Cleaning companies, driving instructors, event photographers, wedding planners, estate agents, letting agents
If your business relies on enquiries — phone calls, contact form submissions, booked consultations — and your website isn't generating them consistently, that's the problem we solve. We're based in High Wycombe and work with businesses across Buckinghamshire and the Thames Valley. We also work remotely with clients across the UK.
Clear packages. No hidden costs. No "get a quote."
Most agencies won't show you prices until they've booked you onto a call. We think that's backwards — so here's exactly what our packages include and what they cost.

Is this a good investment?
Here's a simple way to think about it. If your average client or job is worth £500, the Starter package at £499 pays for itself the moment your first new enquiry converts to a booking. One job. That's before automated follow-up captures leads you'd otherwise have missed, before better search visibility brings in traffic you're not currently getting, before the compound effect of a site that keeps improving your close rate over time.
The real cost question isn't what the website costs. It's what it costs to keep sending warm prospects to a site that doesn't convert them.
All builds include automated enquiry handling as standard. Prices are based on scope agreed at discovery — the above are starting points, not caps. If your project is larger or more complex, we'll tell you upfront what it'll cost before any work begins.
A few things people usually ask before they book a call.
How long does a website actually take?
Every site we build is live within 7 days of the discovery call, for Starter and Growth projects. That assumes you can provide your logo, any images you want to use, and sign off on the design within that window. We manage the rest. If copywriting support is included, we'll agree a slightly extended timeline upfront — it's never more than 2 weeks.
I've paid for a website before and got nothing from it. How is this different?
The most common reason a website doesn't generate work is that it was designed to look good rather than to convert. We build every site around the commercial outcome first — what does a visitor need to see before they'll get in touch? We also add automated follow-up, so the enquiries that do come in don't die in an email inbox. If you'd like, book a free review and we'll look at your current site and tell you specifically what's broken and how we'd fix it.
Do I need to provide content, or can you help with that?
For Starter projects, you provide the key information about your business — what you do, who you work with, what makes you different — and we shape it into copy that converts. For Growth and Managed projects, copywriting support is included: we interview you, write the first draft, and refine until it sounds right. You don't need to write anything yourself.
What platform will my site be built on?
We're platform-agnostic, which means we recommend the right tool for your specific situation rather than defaulting to whatever we find easiest. We build on WordPress, Framer, Shopify, and custom-built solutions. The platform is confirmed on the discovery call once we understand your business, how you'll use the site, and what you want it to do. Every platform we use is fast, secure, and gives you the ability to make simple content changes yourself without needing to call us every time.
Will my website show up in Google?
Every site we build includes SEO foundations — correct heading structure, page titles, meta descriptions, image optimisation, and a sitemap submitted to Google. This means your site is indexed and technically sound from day one. For local search visibility (showing up when someone searches 'your trade + your town'), we set up and advise on your Google Business Profile, which is typically the fastest way to appear for local intent searches. Ongoing SEO content is available as part of management plans.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
On Managed plans, you have same-day priority support and a named point of contact — so if something breaks, it gets looked at that day, not at some point in the next ticket cycle. On Starter and Growth projects, the post-launch period includes a 30-day support window for anything that doesn't work as expected. After that, maintenance is available on an ad hoc basis or we can move you onto a management plan. We don't disappear after the invoice — that's not how we operate.
Can I see the pricing before I book a call?
Yes — it's above. That's the point.
Not sure which service is right for you? That's what the discovery call is for.
Thirty minutes. No obligation. No pressure. We'll look at where you are, what you need, and tell you honestly whether we're a good fit.
